Grist Mill Cabin

We stayed two nites at Grist Mill Cabin for our weekend getaway. A friend recommended allstarrentals.com, and this place promised to be charming and historic. Built next to a mill, General Custer actually burned down most of its original structure during the Civil War! We were in awe of the photogenic charm and character of the cabin. Also, the owner greeted us with fresh milk, eggs, butter, and local sausage and ground coffee! Located in Quicksburg, VA, it was the perfect atmosphere in which to relax and rejuvenate.

....And this is how we'll be, 50 years from now. :)

  5. Hey Jen! Just saw your comment - that is so cool you booked it! I am sorry if we replied a little too late for your trip. If you love small towns and mountain scenery, I'm sure any drive you took inspired some great shots. We would love to see them!!
