Joan asked us to photograph the Cabin, and our long weekend was the perfect second honeymoon getaway. Located in Quicksburg, Viriginia, we were thrilled to return to the charming, rentable retreat. Joan had made some lovely renovations to the roof, bathroom, and sleeping area, and it was easy to photograph the home's eclectic beauty. In addition to relaxing, we enjoyed more local venues including Cave Ridge Winery, Paugh's Orchard, and the Harrisonburg Farmers' Market. If you would like to make a trip to the Luray/Shenandoah area, we'd be happy to refer you to more info on Grist Mill Cabin!

Celebrate Love: Our Wedding Invitations
GA designed these invitations with love. The poster style layout is bright, fun, and energetic - without any of the typical wedding-style restrictions! GA+E selected a variety of handmade papers from Paper Source with which to hand-line the envelopes. It was a fun project for us to do together. A shimmery paper for the cards and envelopes dressed up the design. Stay tuned for our wedding photos!

Polaroid Show Opening Nite Photos
The Polaroid Retrospective II was THE place to be on opening nite, April 9th. We are proud to be featured artists in the show! We were impressed by how each artist had their own unique subject themes and individual styles with which they displayed their instant film photography. The exhibit will be on display at Lamont Bishop Gallery in DC until the end of April. Thank you to our friends and family who made it out for the big nite! More photos of the show can be seen here.
